- Promotional, free, or complimentary products.
3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process
- Once your return or refund request is approved, we will begin processing your refund.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographs of the product and packaging.
- After verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
